Support my swim for breast cancer to help save lives.
In 2022, my wife Sarah was diagnosed with Breast Cancer — Grade 3, Stage 2A — at 32 years old, while she was 28 weeks pregnant with our second child.
Sarah underwent multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and she is still currently receiving ongoing hormone therapy.
Two of the treatments that have been critical to Sarah’s recovery — her immunotherapy and hormone therapy — were developed through Breast Cancer Trials. These treatments have significantly improved her prognosis and dramatically reduced the risk of recurrence.
This February, I’m getting in the pool to raise some money for Breast Cancer Trials — to give back to the organisation that played such a vital role in saving Sarah’s life, and to help ensure they can continue their incredible work for other families facing a Breast Cancer diagnosis.
