I am taking part in the Big Bold Wall because cancer doesn’t just affect one person — it impacts entire families. As a cancer survivor and a mother, I know my daughter has a higher risk of facing this disease because of my own cancer journey. That thought alone is enough to drive me to help make a difference. I want to raise funds for research into earlier detection, better treatments, and ultimately a cure. No one should have to endure the physical pain, emotional exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty that cancer brings. My hope is that one day our daughters, sons, families, and future generations won’t have to experience the mental and physical toll of this disease the way so many of us have. Every conversation, every donation, and every step toward awareness matters. 💗
