Cold TWednesday June 3rd

Today the goal was to walk further than just over 4 kms. I walked just over 9kms. Along my walk I stopped to chat to an elderly man raking up leaves. He is 88 Years old and was apprecaitive of a chatty walker to provide a distraction from raking the leaves.  The walk today turned out to ne twofold-Cancer trials fund raising and giving of time to a stranger. I fely good.

This June, I'm taking part in The Big Bold Walk to support breast cancer research and save lives.

I'm walking to raise funds for Breast Cancer Trials to find new and better treatments and prevention strategies for every person affected by breast cancer to save lives today, tomorrow and forever.
