I'm conquering 100km in loving memory of my friend, 💜beverley 💜.
To remember Beverley is to think with gratitude for the kindness, warmth, and light she brought into the lives of other people. Though Beverley no longer walk beside us, her memory continues to inspire love, compassion, and connection. I honour her by carrying forward the qualities she shared and by cherishing the memories that remain in ,y heart. 💜Forever remembered, forever missed, and forever loved. 💜

little update from my Big Bold Walk journey...

If I'm honest, some days are much harder than others. Living with chronic pain means there are times when simply getting moving feels like climbing a mountain. There are days when pain levels are high, energy is low, and every step takes determination.
It's easy to set a goal. The real challenge is staying on track when your body doesn't always cooperate.
I am learning that progress doesn't have to be perfect. Sometimes success looks like showing up and trying again.
I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has continues to cheer me on. Your kind words, comments, and messages mean more than you know. They help keep me motivated on the days when motivation is hard to find.
So today, I'm celebrating progress not perfection.
Thank you for walking alongside me. 💜
💜 I’m joining the Big Bold Walk in honour of Beverley 💜

Support my walk for breast cancer to help save lives.
This June, I'm taking part in The Big Bold Walk to support breast cancer research and save lives.
Did you know that 56 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every day in Australia? It's heart-breaking.
I'm walking to raise funds for Breast Cancer Trials to find new and better treatments and prevention strategies for every person affected by breast cancer to save lives today, tomorrow and forever.
Please support me now by sponsoring my challenge. Every dollar helps.
Together, we can move closer to a world where NO MORE lives are cut short by breast cancer.
Thank you so much.

You go girl, proud of you 👏
