This February, I'm taking part in The Big Bold Swim to support breast cancer research and save lives.

Not sure how well I'm going to swim as it's been a long time and I'm very out of shape, but I need to step up to the challenge and get my groove on.

Thankyou to my daughter Zoe who is the instigator of joining this challenge. She will be swimming along with me and no doubt listening to the whinging and complaining as she wizzes past.
