I am ever-so-slowly increasing my number of laps with each swim. Started with 8, then 12 and last night I did 14! My last 2 laps felt more controlled and I made it to the end of the 50m without stopping both laps. This feels like progress! And to think, I didn't feel like I had any energy at all before the swim. One encouraging text from my sister was all I needed, thanks Janey!

Finally got back in the pool!

I wasn't sure I'd actually get back in the pool. I kinda lost my excitement for doing laps a week or so back (after only one swim late January!) But today I got backbin and managed to do 12 laps which is 4 more than I did last time, so that feels really good! Only 28 to go haha!
